Construction has officially started on our stunning new and exclusive development in Lesbury, Northumberland.
Bondgate Homes is building 5 detached homes in a secluded development named Carter Dene in Lesbury village.
The development due to be completed in Spring 2020 is being built by a local firm using local suppliers.
Rachel Trew, Development Project Manager said: “We are very excited to be starting work on Carter Dene and delighted to be working with local companies and suppliers. We are proud of our North East heritage and that we are investing in the local area with the addition of five executive homes.
Each of the five homes have four large bedrooms, two reception rooms and large garages surrounded by secluded gardens. The new homes are set to go on sale later this month with the first residents expected to move in, in Spring next year.
Bondgate Homes have appointed Urban Base as sales agents for the homes. Jan Dale, Managing Director of Urban Base said: “Lesbury is an idyllic location for these forever homes and we look forward to welcoming enquiries”.
